Overview
• Re-designed CUES and PRF community engagement funding grantee report-back process to be more concise, equitable, and mutually beneficial.
• Synthesized best-practice guidelines from 5+ years’ worth of project report-back data to empower and support new grant applicants in both their application process and project course.
• Cleaned and analyzed qualitative and quantitative application data for PRF and CUES community grant programs. This allowed the team to improve program design and increase alignment with UBC’s Strategic Priorities, thus increasing the likelihood of continued funding from UBC.
• Leveraged Python to automate geolocation data collection for 500+ partner organizations, and created Tableau maps and infographics. Demonstrated value and impact on the community by visualizing local and global program reach.
